As it turns out, I’ve been a vocaloid fan for a fairly long time! I’ve been curious about UTAU for almost as long, but didn’t figure out how to get into it until 2023.
I don’t claim to be any good with this stuff, but I have had a lot of fun with it! Which is the main thing that counts, in my books. Part of what I like about concatenative vocalsynths is the jank, to be completely honest with you!

I tried my best with these, but they're both pretty low-quality! If you'd like to play about with them despite this, feel free to.
These are tested in OpenUtau, so I can't promise they'll work in the original UTAU software without needing tweaks.
Maybe one day I'll come back to doing UTAU stuff and record some slightly better voicebanks...
A Japanese CV voicebank using the OREMO default reclist.
Pretty rough, with some awkward pronounciation; my first attempt at recording an UTAU.
A CVVC english voicebank using the Delta 6 reclist.
Recordings are scuffed; you may need to faff a bit with some phonemes to minimise fluffy/muffly sounds… It might be possible to fix this with clever otoing? But I’m not that clever!
